How it works

With SOLID you can check the names of your business contacts against the most important official sanctions lists:

• EU: CFSP, sanctions from Embargo Regulations RU/BY (EUCM + EUDU)
• USA: DPL, EL, UVL, SDN, OFAC-CSL
• Other countries: UK Sanctions List (BOE)

For a match we use a similarity threshold of 80 %. The similarity threshold determines the level of similarity between your checked business contact and entries in the sanctions lists.

Once matches have been reported, you need to check whether your business contact is actually identical to a list entry using the information you know.

Please note that screening individuals against the sanction lists is only permitted once compliance with the GDPR has been confirmed.
